Quality Assurance and Control

The tubes and sections offered by OZGUR PIPE are produced with high quality. Latest technology is employed, and advanced quality management system and program are maintained in order to achieve this, comply with applicable standards and fully meet the customer's requirement.

Defect free pipe production is carried out through testing and inspections on raw materials, process and products by dedicated specialist personnel using modern test devices.

All inspection and test results are stored in plant computer system to ensure treaceability of the products at every stage, and are made available to the customer upon request.




Quality Program

The steel pipes and sections form OZGUR PIPE are subjected to the following inspections and tests according to applicable standards:

Quality Management

We are preparing for obtaining TS-EN ISO 9002 Quality Management Certificate.

Production Control - Documentation

Every stage of production in OZGUR PIPE; raw material input, manufacture, product output and sales procedures, is controlled by means of " Material Tracing Production Comtrol and Planning" computer system.

Marking - Packaging

All the pipes and sections are marked with stencil paint in appropriate intervals and packaged.

ERW pipes and sections are delivered as packaged in 6 m length and hexagonal cross sectional form (sections; in square and rectangular cross sectional form) with steel strip, and labeled.








Furthermore, the galvanized pipes are supplied as fitted with Plastic Protective Caps on their ends.

Spiral pipes are marked by stenciling and labeling, packaged and shipped according to the standard or customer's requirements.
