Intended Use

Generally used as structural element in building construction in construction industry, as well as in automotive industry (bus and truck chassis), manufacture of furniture, machinery and agricultural equipment.

Tolerances

Curvature: Max. 2.50 mm/m (TS 6475), Max. 2.00 mm/m (TS 5317)
Uprightness: Max. + - 1o
Twist: Max. + - 1o/m (TS 6475), V= Max. 2.00 mm/m (TS 5317)
Centerline Eccentricity of Weld Seam: a=Width of welded surface
                      20 mm > a max. + - 4 mm
                      max + - 4 mm for a = between 20 mm and 35 mm
                      max + - 6 mm for a = between 35 mm and 80 mm
