ÖZMAK Makina ve Elektrik Sanayi A.Ş.,
established in 1974, carries out its operations at its plants
located at Gölbaşı - Haymana roadway 5 km. machinery and
equipment such as crushers, concrete mixers, ready-made
consrete stations, mobile batchers, stone crushing, screening
and washing plants, dampers, and water-fuel tanks, permanent
dam equipment and steel constructions are produced at the
plants consisting of 70.000 m² open and 11.400 m² closed
area.
ÖZMAK A.Ş., following its resolution to
increase its capacity for producing forced dam tubes and
steel tube and section, which ore within its fields of activity,
established a slitting line and longitudinal welded pipe
production and galvanizing plant with a capacity of 40.000
tons/years and spiral welded steel pipe and coating plant
with a capacity of 80.000 tons/year in addition to its machinery
production plant. Having successfully completed its trial
and performance test operations, longitudinal welded pipe
production and galvanizing plant started production in November
2000.
Utilizing environment - friendly advanced
technology in production, ÖZMAK-ÖZGÜR PIPE targets export
to a great extent besides domestic sales of its high-quality
products.
Slitting Line and Longitudinal Welded Pipe Production
and Galvanizing Plant
In the longitudinal welded pipe production
and galvanizing plant, which is equipped with the state
of the art technology in today's conditions, longitudinal
welded steel tubes in 9 different diameters from 1/2"
to 4", and also square or rectangular profiled steel
sections in 29 different sizes from 15x15 mm to 120x60 mm
can be produced with galvanize. Through the galvanizing
plant that has an annual production capacity of 40.000 tons
and has a pickling line, which is applied for the first
time in the world, both superior quality and a working environment
suitable for human health are achieved.
Through the utilization of an advanced
quality management system and program, our production of
water tubes and industrial tubes complying to the norms
of TS 301/1-2-3-4-5, TS416, ISO65, DIN1626, DIN 2440, DIN2441,
DIN2458 and BS1387 and square and rectangular sections complying
to the norms of TS6475, TS5317, DIN2395 and DIN59411 are
utilized in construction sector, building constructions,
automotive industry and the production of machinery and
agricultural devices. Studies on new projects to entend
our product range to a capacity of carrying out production
between 1/2" to 16" are in progress.
Spiral Welded Pipe Plant
Tha capacity of our plant, which will
commence the serial production of spiral welded tubes between
508 mm (20") to 2540 mm (100") diameter in June
2000, is 80.000 to 100.000 tons/year. It will be possible
to produce drinking wates tubes (TS 1997) and oil and natural
gas tubes (API 5L) as well as various tubes according to
customer requests. All of the produced tubes shall be coated
with PE externally and epoxy internally in accordance with
DIN 30670 norm.
Production in ÖZMAK - ÖZGÜR PIPE is supervised
and recorded through a computer system at the stages of
raw material entry, production, product, exit/sales procedures,
material tracking, production control and planning. An advanced
quality management system and program is implemented to
ensure production of faultless tubes. While obtaining high-quality
products in the tubes produced at the plants projected as
environment-sensitive, no harm is given to the environment
as well.
